Terms of sale
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Article 1 — Scope
These Terms of sale ("Terms") apply to every programme offered by Olivia Gloria Courtot, trading as Sumaq ("Sumaq"), through oliviatransformation.com (the "Site"), to any individual acting in a private capacity (the "Client").
Registering for a programme implies full acceptance of these Terms, which the Client acknowledges having read before committing.
Article 2 — Programmes offered
Sumaq offers spiritual and symbolic guidance, online, individually or in groups. Programmes are described on the Site at the time of registration. As of the date of these Terms they include:
- Henosis, the way of the centre: a 4-month journey in an intimate circle of 5 to 10 people, with 9 live online circles of 2 hours, a library of guided practices, a digital journal and a private group space. Price: €1,290 in one payment, or 4 payments of €370.
- Other offers (15 days of heart reconnection, channelling and guidance, The Thread of the Rose): on quotation, under the terms communicated by email before registration.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Sumaq may change its prices at any time; programmes are invoiced at the price in force at the time of registration.
Article 3 — Registration and formation of the contract
Registration for a group programme takes four steps:
- The Client fills in the application form.
- If the application resonates, Sumaq offers a selection call of about 15 minutes.
- If both parties feel it is right, the Client receives a registration link and proceeds with payment (or the first instalment).
- The Client receives confirmation of registration and the preparation kit.
The contract is formed when the Client receives the registration confirmation, after the payment or first instalment has been received. Sumaq may decline an application, in particular when the format does not seem suited to the person's situation; a declined application is never invoiced.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer, card or PayPal, as instructed with the registration link.
For payment in instalments, each instalment is due on the dates agreed at registration. Instalments are a payment facility: they do not alter the Client's commitment to the whole programme, and remaining instalments stay due if the Client leaves during the journey, unless agreed otherwise in writing. If an instalment is unpaid, Sumaq may suspend access to the circles and online spaces until it is settled.
Article 5 — How the programmes run
Circles take place online, by video call, on the dates communicated at registration. The connection link is emailed before each circle. The Client ensures a stable internet connection, suitable equipment and a quiet space.
Personal shares are not recorded. Any recorded material (guided practices, transmissions) is made available to the Client for strictly personal use, for the period stated at registration.
In case of illness or force majeure, Sumaq may postpone a circle; a new date is then offered to the group.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the national laws implementing it, a consumer Client has fourteen (14) days from the formation of the contract to withdraw without giving any reason, by writing to oliviacourtot@sumaqnaturopathie.com. The refund is made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the request, by the same means of payment.
If the Client expressly asks for the programme to begin before the end of this period (for example when the opening ceremony takes place less than 14 days after registration), the Client acknowledges that, in case of withdrawal, the part of the programme already delivered will be payable, and that withdrawal is no longer possible once the programme has been fully performed.
Article 7 — Cancellation
Outside the right of withdrawal:
- Cancellation notified in writing more than 14 days before the opening ceremony: full refund of the sums paid.
- Cancellation notified less than 14 days before the opening ceremony: refund of 50% of the sums paid, the balance covering the seat held in a deliberately small group.
- After the journey has begun: no refund; remaining instalments stay due. A transfer to a later edition may be offered in serious circumstances, on written request and at Sumaq's discretion.
Requests are to be sent to oliviacourtot@sumaqnaturopathie.com.
Article 8 — Nature of the guidance and Client obligations
The guidance offered by Sumaq is spiritual, symbolic and educational in nature. It is neither therapy nor a medical, psychological or psychiatric act, and it never replaces medical or psychological care, alongside which it may however be lived.
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate information, in particular about any physical or mental health condition that might be affected by the practices offered (guided meditations, energy work, breathing practices, inner journeys);
- never stop or change an ongoing treatment without their doctor's advice;
- respect the confidentiality of what is shared in the circle and the group agreements set out at the opening.
The Client remains solely responsible for their health and choices.
Article 9 — Sumaq's obligations
Sumaq undertakes to deliver the programmes with care and to keep the information it receives confidential. Sumaq is bound by an obligation of means: the effects of a programme vary from one person to another and no specific result is guaranteed.
Sumaq may end a person's participation, with a pro-rata refund of the circles not held, if the person needs urgent medical care, does not respect the circle agreements, or if the relationship of trust has broken down.
Article 10 — Liability
Sumaq cannot be held liable for the results obtained, for the worsening of a health condition in the absence of appropriate medical care, or for the consequences of disregarding medical advice. Should Sumaq's liability be engaged, it is limited to the price of the programme concerned.
Article 11 — Confidentiality and personal data
Everything shared in the course of a programme is strictly confidential. The processing of personal data, including health information shared when applying, is described in the Privacy policy.
Article 12 — Complaints and mediation
Complaints may be sent to oliviacourtot@sumaqnaturopathie.com. The parties will try to resolve any dispute amicably. A consumer Client residing in the European Union may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 13 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the Client's country of habitual residence. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Barcelona, Spain, have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
